USBC Sanction Card - Date of Birth

New this year from USBC: "ALL sanction cards must have birthdate filled out! Here is the quote directly from USBC: "All memberships now are required to have an accurate date of birth on their profile, or they will not be able to be processed. Ensuring accurate dates of birth is essential to keep up with compliance with SafeSport and USOPC mandates regarding adult/youth leagues and youth/adult interactions." Each of our adult leagues already voted last year that membership was restricted to bowlers 18 years or older -- this will help monitor that.
